• The Pelicans were without CJ McCollum, Jose Alvarado, and Naji Marshall, and although Matt Ryan had a nice three-point shooting night, the team had 19 turnovers that killed their chances of pulling out the win.
• The Pels scored the first six points of the third quarter and were ahead by nine points before allowing the Bulls to go on a run. The lead changed hands five times early in the fourth quarter.
• There is no word yet on how long McCollum is out with a sprained ankle. Marshall has served his one-game suspension so he is available in Tuesday's game; Alvarado still has two games left in his suspension to serve.
